Good album I needed. I found it for a great price and received it quickly.
i love mike bloomfields guitar playing it is so sweet to my ears it about makes me want to tear up i can feel the blues when he is playing note for note he is a guitar legend and i consider him a blues legend. He is right up there with johnny winter and all other blues legends. A TRUE BLUES GUITARISTS YOU CAN FEEL IT to bad he died im sure he still be making great music. Anybody thats never heard this supersession,paul butterfields blues band self titled,east-west,electric flag a long time coming,also he is on bob dylans's highway 61 and jhanis joplins got dem ol kozmic blues if you have never heard these albums pick them up satisfaction to your ears guaranteed.
It been years since I heard this gem. I especially liked this version, Season of the Witch (as much or better than Donovan's). A great CD at a very good price.
Well as stated above. does it get any better than this, if you love the blues,you'll love this, brings back good memories.
I love electric blues guitar and to me Michael Bloomfield is one of,if not the,BEST. Al Kooper is great also. Steven Stills sounds good when he has to fill in for Mike.
